Oberena moved into third place in the league yesterday, thanks to a 3-1 home win over River Ega.
The manguiverdes recovered well from last week's 3-0 defeat, but both sides went in at the interval with the game balanced at 0-0, despite Oberena having most of the pressure.
The deadlock was finally broken in the 54th minute, when Pardos opened the scoring, and Markuleta, (pictured), added a second in the 61st. The game was over as a contest nine minutes from time, when Briñol scored a third, and despite Ega grabbing a consolation three minutes later, Oberena finished with all three points.
CD Oberena: Asin, Mediavilla, Leache, (Markuleta 55th), Beruete, Ruiz, Ganuza, Briñol, Illincheta, (Necochea 72nd), Cruz, Pardos, (Iturriria 81st), Remacha.
