CD Oberena 0-2 CD Iruña

Oberena lost the traditional 'derby' game today, going down 2-0 at home to Iruña.

In the corresponding game, played at Paternãin in October, the manguiverdes won by the only goal. However, revenge was taken by Iruña, who had the game won by half-time. Goals by Salvatierra (12th), and Kisko (36th) were enough to take all three points.

Before the game, a minute's silence was observed for the grandmother and uncle of Oberena player, Edu Gozalo, who died recently. Our condolences, from the Peña Eskozia, go to the family.

CD Huarte 0-0 CD Oberena

Oberena and Huarte played out a nil-nil draw today, the exact same score as when the teams played in October in Pamplona.

In a drab encounter, neither side ever looked like scoring, and a draw was a fair result.

CD Oberena 3-0 CM Peralta

Oberena produced a fantastic performance today in front of the local television cameras, beating Peralta three goals to nil.

Two goals just before half-time, from Zuasti in the 40th, and Javi Ruiz in the 43rd, killed the game as a contest, and a further strike from Edu Gozalo in the 63rd made certain of all three points.

CD Oberena 3-3 Pena Sport

Oberena today played their best football of the season so far, in holding the high-flying team from Tafalla to a 3-3 draw in a thrilling encounter.

2-0 down after 23 minutes, Moler pulled a goal back in the 31st. However, P Sport scored a third in the 36th to go in 3-1 at half-time.

After the break, Oberena pulled out all the stops, and Borda in the 47th, and Jauregui in the 55th ensured that the manguiverdes gained a point.
